No pre-race routine. Ate breakfast early and then ate a power bar about 2 hours before the race.

No real warmup. I got in the water to get wet but that's about it

The water was a bit cold but it didn't bother me too much during. The first few hundred yards were warmup and I could feel that. I did well the last few hundred yards and ended up passing quite a few people

Not sure. I'm ok with this swim. I'm getting better each time I go out.

Not much. I think I did well considering I was passing a bunch of people that got out of the water before me.

Run went ok. It took a while for my legs to get to normal but once they did I was ok. I had some fluids sloshing around in my stomach but I managed to push through ;-)

Course: This course was hillier than I thought. Roads were a bit rough. I rode my tri bike for the first time in a race today. That went well. I didn't push it too much on the bike because I was afraid because my handling skills are non-existent with this new bike.
