Swim
Comments: The water was a bit cold but it didn't bother me too much during. The first few hundred yards were warmup and I could feel that. I did well the last few hundred yards and ended up passing quite a few people What would you do differently?: Not sure. I'm ok with this swim. I'm getting better each time I go out. Transition 1
Comments: I did ok here. There was a decent run from swim finish to transition. What would you do differently?: Not much. I think I did well considering I was passing a bunch of people that got out of the water before me. Bike
Comments: Just an experience. I'm glad I took the new bike. What would you do differently?: I wouldn't do much differently. I got out on the new bike and did decent Transition 2
Comments: This transition time doesn't reveal how bad it was. I ran through transition 2 times more than I had to. What would you do differently?: Pay the F attention. Run
Comments: Run went ok. It took a while for my legs to get to normal but once they did I was ok. I had some fluids sloshing around in my stomach but I managed to push through ;-) What would you do differently?: I'm ok with today. Post race

No pre-race routine. Ate breakfast early and then ate a power bar about 2 hours before the race.
No real warmup. I got in the water to get wet but that's about it
