What limited your ability to perform faster:

I missed three weeks of training last month due to illness, also need to get on the track

Event comments:

one of the best races out there and for good reason. My Bolderboulder pr, which surprised me after doing IronHorse 2 days earlier, Overall a great weekend of racing, off to a good start fo the summer and feel like I am on track for Imogene and the Denver Marathon.
