Spin class the day before!
Early B'fast of porridge and cherries then lift to the event

Comments:

The run went well, I was comfortable all the way round and no hip pain as I had last time.
What would you do differently?:

Possibly push a little harder and definitely not do the spin class the day before. Concentrate on relaxing more - my shoulders were stiff and achey at the end again.

Energy and heart rate, my knee was a bit twingy

Again lots of people walking in the middle of the road leaving the runners to dodge round them. Grrr
