Comments: took a second to stretch calves to prevent cramping. Never had a problem with cramping ![]() Run

Warm down: fell on ground and cramped up. had to be stretched out and rubbed down What limited your ability to perform faster: lack of appropriate training for speed on this event. Did a great job preparing myself for endurance. I had the endurance to carry on the whole race no problem. Just need to train for speed now Event comments: Well put on, love to compete in all Tri-OKC races because they are well put on, well volunteered, and the courses are perfect. set up transition, layed out all my equipment. Ran several miles. tested wet suit, swam few strokes. Changed out goggles for better fitting, and tinted for sun glare. Swam couple hundred meters. Attend pre race meeting
