What would you do differently?: Carry water on me. Post race
Warm down: None. Too much in a hurry to leave. What limited your ability to perform faster: NOt enough sleep and rest. Painful. Took lots of breaks. Event comments: Had to line up for food/drinks! And the line took too long - not good! Last updated: 2009-05-11 12:00 AM
