I did not do well in this swim at all. I was in the wahing machine for the first 200 or so.
What would you do differently?:

start closer to the back at the edge not in the middle.

I would not kick the blasted boulder that I kicked when exiting the water. That little maneuver meant 2 broken toes.

This was the first tri that I've felt that I was not a sitting duck on the run. It was an awesome feeling.

the only complaint i have is that boulder that I kicked on the swim exit. I wish the swim exit would have been combed a bit better so that sucker could have been marked.
