GOT UP AT 5AM AND HAD A PACK OF MOUNTAIN TRAIL MIX. GOT KIDS UP AND READY TO GO.

DID MUCH BETTER THIS YEAR. LAST YEAR AT SIMILAR RACE(METROPLEX SPRINT) I WAS GULPING WATER AND HAD TO STOP NUMEROUS TIMES. THIS RACE I GLIDED AND KEPT MY OWN PACE AND DID NOT FEEL EXTREMELY TIRED AFTER SWIM.
