1ST TRI, SET-UP MY GEAR EARLY, WALKED AROUND THE ENTIRE EVENT TO MAKE SURE , I KNEW EXACTLY WHERE TO ENTER AND EXIT EACH PART OF THE TRANSISTION

I HAD EVERYTHING OUT CORRECTLY, I SPENT MOST TIME GETTING MY SHOES ON, INERSOLES OF CYCLE SHOE WOULD NOT SIT RIGHT.

This was my 1st Tri, I thought it was an awesome event. It has taught me alot about myself.
I only trained by myself, i have alot to do if i would like to continue in these type of events.
I will do many more......
