This is where I rocked this year, passing alot of riders on the hills and almost summiting most of the hills successfully

Warm down:

Relax, pictures, wash the mud off, get the ring on Cathy's finger, go to lunch

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Having a fairly flat tire on the bike. All the inexperienced riders jumping off their bikes in front of me. Taking time to propose marriage to my girlfriend in the mud pit. :)

Got engaged and still finished under an hour - not bad!

Course: First segment was all road - first some nice dirt and asphalt, then a muddy mess of a farm road. Second leg was hilly and filled with lots of competitors. Last leg was a reversal of first.
