Good swim, considering I hadn't been in the water since June! Took it easy, never pushed myself. Was afraid to over-do it, since I hadn't swam in a while.

Actually train some.

My biking is absolutely pathetic. Unfortunately, I only get out on the road maybe once per week, the rest of the training is done inside, and my performance shows. I knew going into the season that the bike was by far my weakest discipline and today shows it. Until I can get some good road miles and/or more training in, I'm doomed on the bike.

Decent run, although still having to stop and walk 4 times. Didn't walk the until about 2 miles in. My run was ok, not great, just ok.
What would you do differently?:

Need more miles, haven't been getting them in this summer.

Warm down:

Went to food tent for water and watermelon. Talked to a couple of friends who also did the race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training, especially on the bike.

Event comments:

Good event and 3D did a good job. Will do again next year.
