What would you do differently?: Take a longer light Jog before hand and stretch out a little better. It was so cold I didn't want to stop moving to stretch. Post race
Warm down: Walk to the car and Stretching What limited your ability to perform faster: Definitely over indulging in some junk food the night before. Cold Weather.
