Comments: Started out strong, bobbing and weaving through runners and road dividers. Pushed up the hills and tried to make most of any downhills. Felt real good. What would you do differently?: Maybe do some more to warm up ahead of time. Post race
Warm down: Walked around park then walked the 1.5 miles home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Crowds and 10k specific training. Event comments: Great annual race.
