Comments: Not one of my better runs, my mental block came at mile 3 and I had a hard time recovering after that. It was tough, first 1/2 marathon, but I accomplished my goal of finishing. :) What would you do differently?: Work on my mental facilities. Post race
Warm down: Ouch....nothing. What limited your ability to perform faster: Mental facilities. Nutrition and hydration were good. Event comments: Good race, a lot of support along the course, plenty of hydration stations, would do it again. Last updated: 2009-05-14 12:00 AM
