Comments:

Was doing well the first half of the race but slowed down on the way back, legs were heavy and I knew I had to go back on those hills. But it was fun

Spend more time training for the race.

Monster energy drink low carb and then off to eat.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training lack of.

Awsome race and I will keep coming back as long as I can run.
