Setup area, stretched (could have stretched more). Swam 200M (perhaps too much), tried to get used to the flip turns under the lane markers.

flip turns under the lanes was definately something new and something to practice if I do more of these indoor tris - likely...wasted too much energy on the warm-up. Will focus on more endurance Tuesday when back in the pool.

This was my most difficult leg of the tri...next time buy a water/race belt and drink while running. Developed a stitch likely due to low electrolytes
