Comments: I ran with my long pants and soon realised why I haven't used them in 2 years. I got HOT and didn't feel comfortable. What would you do differently?: Next time leave the long pants at home or use them for recovery. Post race
Warm down: Got in the car and drove home, didn't stick around, needed to go for a ride. What limited your ability to perform faster: I didn't expect to go fast due to my type of training at the moment (AEROBIC BASE) so to still run under 50 mins is ok for me. Last year I ran a 50.45, this year a 49.13, not a great improvement but still ok. Event comments: Always good to see where your at this time of year. A good honest course.
