I can't swim straight and zero visibility so had to sight frequently.
What would you do differently?:

More open water and sighting practice.

Terrible. I was extremely fatigued after the swim and tried to recover some before the bike.
What would you do differently?:

Learn how to mount my bike with my shoes already clipped in.

Should have gone to an easier gear to keep my cadence up.

Still putting socks on for the run, need to see how my feet handle sockless running.
