Forgot my bottle holder so didn't take a bottle with me on the run. It may be a short run, but I like to have something to drink on the way!

Went out quicker than planned (6:36/mile) and slowed a little on the second half (7:07/mile).

Rainy day meant I had my shoes in a plastic bag to keep them dry. That added time. Also a new helmet that took a few extra seconds to put on.

Practise putting on helmet!
