I have triathlon bike- not ideal for mountains, no benefit.

Due to hills not enough to drink during bike course.

Since this race I bought Aero Drinl system by Profile Design

Sun came really strong during second big hill, third hill was a pain already due to to sun and hard profile + lack of sufficient drinking

After 3 laps totally exhausted. I was running easily 5.30 /km laps but needed to walk pretty much in the end. (I also walked 3/5 hills)
What would you do differently?:

More drinking and carbohydrates during biking

Great race, perfect challenge if "normal" 1/2 Ironmans are "walking in the park".....

Time not important in this race! Great race in extremely nice surroundings.
