Pre-race routine:

Drove to the site after getting up at 6am. Got to the site at about 9:35 and got registered, set up bike and generally hund about.

Transition was ok. Helmet on first, before changing shoes. A little slow with the shoe change, but generally good.

Have shoes ready.

Good ride, a little windy in places that slowed the pace. Gearing was much better now that I practiced a few times before the race. Did slow up a could of times drinking water.
What would you do differently?:

Don't need to drink the water for this distance.

Lost position of bike in the racks, so spent about 30 seconds trying to find my bike.
What would you do differently?:

Review position of bike just before race start, not when I had first racked and set it up.

Walked around the site and got food.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Some mental errors with regard to water and hydration.
