Comments: I hate how they did the timing for this thing. there was a hella long run to T1. I hit my HRM with 3 sec to go at start, crossed the mat out of the water at 6:22 and they got me for a 8:11! they got me for almost 2 min. of running across the beach. yea everyone had it but i think they should have had that as T1 time and not starting T1 at another mat going into T1 What would you do differently?: I had a pretty good swim, started pretty close to center cut but it only took till the first turn and we lost a lot of people off the lead pack Transition 1
Comments: things went a lot better with the skin suit this time, had it down to knees by time i hit my bike. did have a piece of paper with peoples race # in my L shoe so had to take it back off to remove. What would you do differently?: i need to get a new helmet mine gave me some troubles with the straps but thats it things rolled pretty good Bike
Comments: i feel i could have had a much better ride. kinda disappointed with todays times did have a first, took a drink and nothing stayed down. feel bad about the people i was passing at the time but i had no place to put it but down the side. that was right before the first time over the causeway that is what made me miss gears, gagging with puke will do that What would you do differently?: i needed to hit the little ring on the lap out over the causeway, first time over i stayed in big ring and learned real quick i was gonna change for coming back over Transition 2
Comments: i came in HOT like i jumped off that bike and it was moving at a good clip. the path heading into T2 was narrow and there was a lady who needed to move she looked and seen me but just not in time and we kinda met a little but i ended up running over the cones and not into her What would you do differently?: PUSH that bike harder, i know im faster just need not to relax on these short races and GO Run
Comments: this was another bad part to the day, was expecting maybe a 20min but not a 21. i knew it was coming, was watching the HRM and times were just not adding up What would you do differently?: my first 2 miles seemed to be the slowest not that i didnt feel good think i was just in one of them cruising modes Post race

not to much had 2 scoops of Perputem on the way to the race and started to stretch some
got there early and set up pretty fast. spent a lot of time listening to ipod and walking around. when sun was up i went for a short run. then i was running late had to get to water for a swim.
