Went to fast to start, and burnt out trying to pass a person.. it was rough trying to maintain after that pass.. I was exhausted.
What would you do differently?:

Better training is all I would recommend.. more time in pool can't hurt.

I still think I could have gone faster on the bike.. this is where I lost time where I thought I would be stronger. More Hill training.

More hill training.. Avoid Trains.. caused me about 1 min delay.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I need to practice the swim to bike to help with the vertigo feeling of the switch. Maybe drank too much water?? I couldn't really tell, I just felt funny.

Event comments:

For my first race this was great, but I will look to avoid hills in the future as I am only a recreational athlete. Not looking to beat everyone registered.
