Comments:

Pushed 1st lap, then used 2nd lap for Hr recovery down to 164. No shin pain like Sandy Point HM (even though using new shoes). Was happy with pace, though 4:15's was just beyond where I am at in my training right now.

As usual, I felt good after lap two (ie 45 min plus) Felt very much into the groove and am confident that at a slower pace, I will be able to get through the whole marathon.

Injuries:
Outside of left knee was again sore after a sharp Right hand turnaround at the Tennnis Court on lap 1. Knee sore afterwards, and definitely feels like an aggravation.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

More endurance in the legs would have been good.
