after a great ride went to jump off bike with shoes hanging in clips and one of them caught the concret and almost flipped me over the handlebars - caught myself but rear bike became jambed against the tire - tire went flat somehow so almost had to push my bike around to my rack

Course: flat and fast road run in the heat good run though - tried to keep a steady pace - saw my buddy catching up at the turnaround and decide to use a nice female body in front to keep a strong pace and stay ahead of him but his run pace was strong - he passed me with a half mile to go and I couldn't catch him
