Too many people bunched up, having to pass multiple people, couldnt get into any kind of rhythm

Put in more realistic time, maybe a touch aggressive, make some pass me, rather than me passing everyone else

Bike speed felt ok, took too much time to get heart rate back down from swim
What would you do differently?:

More training to increase speed to 20 mph or higher, more aggressive time for swim so I can get into a better rhythm, so heart rate isnt so high going onto bike

More interval training for better speed, pick it up more at the end

Very nice facility, well organized, tons of volunteers. I met Dr Cooper, very nice guy. Will definitely do it again next year. This was my 2nd sprint Tri and all of my times improved: Swim from 2:14 to 2:04 per 100yds, bike from 16.8 to 19.0 mph, run from 9:42 to 8:59 min/mile.
