Really need to work on my swim, 2 training swims in the last month and nothing before that for years is not going to cut it

This went well. A little slow to get my shoes on as I wanted to make sure the laces would not get caught in the chain

Really strong bike. New bike felt great. Was solid on the uphills and really got into it on the last downhill making us some time.
