Comments: Slow at first, then settled into a rhythm, granted I have a slow rhythm, but I got there. Decent time for me. I practice paces were all around 9:30, so it was an improvement. What would you do differently?: Get a faster pace to settle into. Sprint it out towards the finish line allot earlier then I did this time. Post race
Warm down: Walk around, a little stretching, snacks. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nerves... Event comments: I think that this was a great race for me as a beginner, first time triathlete. I had a lot of fun doing it. I have only been into running, swimming, and biking the last 3 months.
