Comments: Tons of water stations made for good hydration. Liked the course but a really hot humid day. Could have been a 7 a.m. start time What would you do differently?: Miscalculated my pace while I was running - thought I was going faster than I was so I backed off thinking I was going to far above marathon pace. Could have gone faster if I was truly "racing" it. Post race
Warm down: Walked and stretched it out. Drank water. What limited your ability to perform faster: I do not do well in a pack either go out too fast or feel confined.
