Worst swim since starting triathlons, I have a lot of things I could blame it on, no wet suite, lack of focus, thinking I swam over a drowning person. The water was so slow my hand brushed over a rock and I thought it was someones head. Freaked me out!!!!

I really suffer on the run. Though my times are still improving, last year I ran the 10k at a 9:15 pace, so that was a good improvement.
What would you do differently?:

My focus will be longer bike rides with bricks

Message, then a beer, then food. My brother-in-law showed up so that was cool.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I need to improve my transition from bike to run! I am going to start the European brick training
