Comments: Happy with my swim, just tried to stretch it out and conserve energy for the rest of the day. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 1

Comments: Started out feeling great for about 20 miles then the headwind started to get to me. My longest ride had been just under 40 miles so I really felt it the last 15- 20 miles- I thought it would never end. At the end of the bike I thought there was no way I was going even attempt the run. What would you do differently?: Bike more- get a 50 or 60 in. Transition 2
Comments: Felt bad but somehow kept moving and got out on the run in pretty decent time. What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: Did very little running leading up to the race and paid dearly for it. Walked the first half and ran/ walked the whole way back. Because of my lack of training the run was extremely tough both mentally and physically. What would you do differently?: Make a comittment to run alot more. Post race
Warm down: Layed on ground for about 5 min and collected myself. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of time to put in the hours required on the bike and especially the run. Event comments: This race was exactly what I needed to get going and get a early season test to evaluate where I m at. Race was ran well and I would definatly do it again.
