Comments: Great swim. FAST. I got out with first group and didn't look back. Relied on group to show me way to bouys. What would you do differently?: Crank up a little more on the middle 1/3rd of race. Still had some left in the tank. Transition 1
Comments: Took long time in transition. Put helmet on last, sat down to put on socks and shoes, while to get up to speed What would you do differently?: Had to get feet wet and make sure socks went on right. different socks Bike

Comments: Horrible, slow, glutes tightened up, in my head, side ache at mile 2 but didn't stay in the moment What would you do differently?: Be prepared for day the night before, train two events a day, unfit for that speed, more speed focus workouts Post race
