Comments: flying mount. i heard a bunch of people comment on it and my sweet northwave shoes. it works, and well. i passed like 6 people that i kept behind me the rest of the race in transition What would you do differently?: nothing Bike
Comments: that was a very hilly course. but the 3 miles of climbing i did were worth it when i came back down. i hit like 38 and held that for 4 minutes or so. What would you do differently?: work on climbing and get better acclimated to the altitude. Transition 2
Comments: bike to swim. it was a reverse tri. i dont reccomend having a transition area in a gravel parking lot. it hurts bare feet. it was a good transition tho What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: hardest run i've ever done of any ditance. the hills were killers. and i almost fell but i saved myself. oh and altitude doesnt help any. What would you do differently?: just plain old run more Post race
