Comments: Good swim the cater was cool but felt warm compared to the air temp. The waves were well distributed and did not have to swim over peple. What would you do differently?: loosen up more the prior day Transition 1

Comments: Good course fun to try to negative split the corse. What would you do differently?: did not take it out hard enough on the first set of down hills lost some potential speed. Not in good enough shap to power up the inclines. Transition 2
Run
Comments: Comming off of a ITBS injury so I only have loged about 40 miles in the last 6 weeks and was concerned about my leg starting to hurt so i went steady not hard. What would you do differently?: Be able to train going into the race. Post race
