Swim
Comments: Start was good; Thought i was swimming at a comfortable pace until i hit about 200M, when i struggled to catch my breath a bit. Swallowed a good bit of water at first, but rotated my head more to do better. The back half of the second leg i found my stroke some and was at a better cadence to the bouy, rounded the bouy and felt like i had a relatively stronger finish. What would you do differently?: Felt better about the bumping and contact. Still need to be better conditioned, and more open water practice. Transition 1
Comments: Chain had slipped in between the 2 rings and had to dis-mount, reset, and re-mount. My fault as i did not double check the set-up before the race. What would you do differently?: Practice the transition! Try some PAM on my calves with body glide. Make sure you have a better sequence of events mapped out Bike
Comments: Starting in the last wave was a good thing as i was able to pass alot of slowed people in the earlier waves. What would you do differently?: Did not train enough for the hilly roads. Transition 2
Comments: Thought i was a touch faster than that. poor layout (again) preventet me from posting a better time. What would you do differently?: need to practice this as well. No reason i should not be aable to T2 in about 1 min. Run
Comments: Started out a touch slow as my legs were spent from the long burn from the uphill bike segments. Good news was that i did not cramp up upon setting out onto the run. What would you do differently?: Need to train more, as i was a little "soft" in my prep for thios race. Post race

Not enough bathrooms ! lost 30 mins of pre-race prep due to going to 3 men's room location before finally finding a workable bathroom.
Light stretching, better mental prep. not as nervous pre-swim
