Very happy with swim time - only 3 swim workouts all year leading up to race!
What would you do differently?:

More training! I felt very tired during swim, but was able to push through being only 400m

T1 felt pretty good, but time was a little slow... no sense of urgency? wetsuit hung up on my heels a little, but not bad.

I pushed hard on the bike - wondered if I was going too hard at times... overall I was slightly disappointed with time & rank. The first and last ~2 miles were very narrow, coned off. Starting in 3rd wave there were lots of bikes, making passing very difficult. Slowed down time overall.
What would you do differently?:

More aggressive in coned areas?

I came out strong off the bike, but was really feeling it about mile 1... however, I got into a groove and was able to increase pace. Felt strong through the end, but tired. I didn't leave anything on the course!

Good race... lots of volunteers and staff on hand, everything started on time. Brats and cookies after!
