long run from pool to transition, got in put on my helmet, sunglasses and was off. jumped on bike with shoes and rubberbands attached. no problems, took a little long to get the shoes on, but was still fine

get into the shoes a little quicker

got passed alot, but still felt good. average speed 20.1. usual avg. speed during training rides is around 17.8. but there are much more steep hills on my training rides. very happy with that speed though.

went very smooth and fast. leg over the saddle while still riding worked out well. off the bike and running at dismount line.

pretty flat. out in the sun. calfs started to cramp a little off of the bike and into the run but then stopped after about .5 mile.
What would you do differently?:

more run training. more liquids on the bike

Warm down:

not much, ate some pulled pork bbq, gatorade, bagel and orange

What limited your ability to perform faster:

didn't get to put in a lot of training the week before. not really much tapering either.

good first tri. great location. great people very fun.
