Time includes long run up to transition. Out of water time was about 10:30. No HR data since the strap fell around my waist about 50 meters into the swim. Kind of annoying since I could actually feel it creating drag in the water.

Point to point, right to left. Weird swimming counter clockwise. I guess it was necessary to ensure we swam directly into the sun. :-)
Triangle type loop w/ plenty of shorter, steeper hills and some longer, slower climbs. A couple of good extended downhills to pick some time back up.

First mile was bringing the HR back down and also some trail/root navigation to get to the road. Slowed the pace a little, but helped bring the HR under control more quickly.
A couple of nasty uphill climbs through some camping areas. I don't know if it is physically possible, but I don't recall a whole lot of downhills to make up for the ups. Lots of shade though, so that was nice to compensate for the heat. Unfortunately, shade doesn't let you hide from the hills or humidity.
