Breakfast was bowl of oatmeal mixed in scoop of Perpetuem, Gel. Sip on Heed leading up to the race. Used the foam roller on back, shoulders and legs. On the drive down I did the Relaxation Body and Mind with Greame Street. Took a Gel 15 minutes before the swim start.
10 minute jog about 1/2 hour before start. Swim lengths in the lake. Also stretching throughout the morning.
