It was super cold, didn't have time to warm up on the bike but went for a short run and swim before the start.

It was COLD! Bit choppy. Had a great start, up with the front of the pack, then I couldn't get set into a rhythem, took until I got around the first corner before I settled. Then I couldn't see out my goggles, they had fogged up. Stopped once to fix.
What would you do differently?:

Buy new goggles.

Wetsuit got stuck on my hands, horrible, couldn't get it off. It seems to get stuck when its wet and rolls back on the slick side. Need to work on this.

Nothing really, just not training for short races so I'm not too fast.
