Comments: good swim for me, had a good start, found myself passing people almost right away for first 200-300 meters and then found my rhythm. Had someone drafting me for a while and he was banging my feet and climbing up my back for about 200 meters till I lost him. What would you do differently?: nothing, felt good Transition 1

Comments: good bike for right now, am nursing a stress fracture so I took it easy on the bike, focused on drinking and eating. found myself out of areo position as my neck is still getting quite sore with the new setup. 2 stops for having to go pee What would you do differently?: try to get better on the bike, I know it is my weakness so I need to put in some training prior to IMC Transition 2

Comments: good run for right now, I only have had 3 runs since late March so it was a test to see how it would hold up, took it very easy for first loop and then easier on second loop as well, ankle felt a little tight but no pain. 2 stops for pee What would you do differently?: run will come when I am healthy and can pick up the pace a little more Post race

little run around the block, about 20 minutes easy stretching, walked to swim and did about 5 minutes of warmup swim.
