Peanut butter bagel, banana and vitamin water.
Event warmup:

Setup transition and went for a quick swim. Tried to stay loose and warm after the swim.

Went out fast and to the right....tons and tons of weeds. Had to navigate around a lot of people from previous waves.

I had to pass a ton of people using the left lane...sometimes almost into oncoming traffic.

Get a bell for my bike. Practice hills. I slowed down way too much.

People in my way and not enough run training.

Event comments:

The swim waves are totally messed up. People need to make sure and comment to the race director on this. It's just unsafe.
