Comments: This is my first racing changing shoes in T2 which added some time but I can work on that. I need to switch my laces to the ones that don't have to be tied. I was dehydrated after the bike so I needed to take some time to take in some liquids. What would you do differently?: change shoe laces, bring liquids with me going out on run. Run
Comments: Ugh, this was pathetic. My legs were tired from Saturdays long run and I was tired in general plus dehydrated bc I didn't drink enough on the bike. My legs wouldn't move. What would you do differently?: I could have pushed harder. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Fatigue Event comments: Mileage was off and not crazy about the course loops. My performance was okay but compared to the rest of the field I struggled. got to the race early enough to set up T area and relax a little with the team. No stress there
able to get in the water for a couple of minutes just to get used to the gross murkiness.
