Good swim, I was hoping for under 5 minutes, but I think I was with the time bar being 25 feet or so from the pool.

Horrible transition, although the time was good. I forgot where my bike was, and then my shoe came off the bike when I went to mount it. I recovered ok, but was really disappointed in myself for getting there late and not knowing where my stuff was off the bat.

Bike was fine once I got up to speed. I felt like I reserved enough energy for the run. I wanted to conserve more than I have previously, and I think I was successful.
What would you do differently?:

I think I need rubber bands on my shoes to prevent them from going under the bike and ultimately being thrown off.

Don't know if I am in to this one as much. If court does it again I will go, but ultimately achieved my goal. I don't think I will ever get to 55 minutes to compete for anything significant. I might be able to swing top 3 in my age group.
