Comments: swim time included approx. 200 m run to the transition area had quote a fight at start and had to swim around some people. next time must start from first row. developed initial oxigeen debt. warmed up by approx. 500m mark then smooth sailing. adding backstrokes help a lot. Transition 1

milk, protein bar, water, granola bar for breakfast - ate too much, next time will try to skip milk, felt very bloaded on the second mile of the run.
stretch, arm circles, jog 5 min
