Comments: Had the gouge from training - relaxed as much as I could on hills for the first 5 miles and then gradually increased. Mile7-8 really hurt for some reason probably because there was a group of about 8 of us and we really started racing What would you do differently?: Get more run volume and take a rest day. I probably spent 30-45 seconds on the run yesterday and the high volume day on Thursday. Post race
Warm down: Ran for 15 minutes post massage!!! I love the good massages. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of long run volume Event comments: This is a must do race for everyone.
