Comments: I was 2nd in my heat at start of bike segment finish 3rd at my heat. No one to keep pace with the person in first flew. What would you do differently?: Drink more coudln't take in water while running Train more hills need a higher gear on my bike ![]() Transition 2
What would you do differently?: I don't have cycling shoes so I wore my running shoes biking. Transition was quick but legs were aching ![]() Run

Warm down: water, walked and stretched after a minute I was feeling great What limited your ability to perform faster: running is NOT my strong event. I need to train harder and with more hills.
