Pre-race routine:

Water, Cup of Coffee, 3/4 Clif Bar, Piece of Chocolate when I woke up.

Day before I had oatmeal and latte for breakfast, 1/2 panera turkey sandwich for lunch, large turkey sandwich with vege's for mid afternoon/dinner meal (very big meal), brown rice/tofu/black beans/ 1 egg and 1/4 egg whites for meal around 815 pm
