Drove up in the am, had a little over an hour drive.
Event warmup:

Got all my stuff set up, helped my friend doing the race for the first time to get her stuff set up. Rode on the pontoon over to the race start.

I would like mile markers on the run, it is hard to judge my pace. I did fine with out them though.
