Obviously not a PR or near normal race times as I almost did 7M for the warm up, I was however pleasantly surprised how easy the 10 miles were, it obviously helped that it was a race.

Event comments:

great race, great schwag (long sleeve technical shirt), beer, food, fruit.
UNREAL spectators and great crowd support. People are trying to cool you down and hand you oranges and other goodies. Great race.

Course: rolling hills, usually also humid and hot but we were lucky with the weather. I found the course to be nice and not as hilly as people had said it would be. The bridge is probably the hilliest part.
