Comments: Obviously not a PR or near normal race times as I almost did 7M for the warm up, I was however pleasantly surprised how easy the 10 miles were, it obviously helped that it was a race. What would you do differently?: nothing Post race
Warm down: stretches What limited your ability to perform faster: nothing Event comments: great race, great schwag (long sleeve technical shirt), beer, food, fruit.
