Got up around 6:00 - had cheerios and two pieces of toast with peanut butter.

What would you do differently?:

Run a little more from the beach to the transition area.

I felt pretty good on the bike - passed a lot of people on the hills - got passed by many guys with really nice tri bikes!

I have never run this fast in my life - I found a good group to stay with and tried to maintain their pace - I finished 72nd out of 269 on my run time which is great for me!
